Companion captures the tab audio of a meeting you choose to capture and turns it into notes that land in Hedwig — nothing runs unless you start it, and it detects the end of a Meet automatically so recordings do not run on.
Notes attach to the meeting on your calendar; audio is processed for your notes, not kept around.
