Connecting

Add Gmail or Outlook from Settings → Accounts (or the account chip on the board). Pro connects 5 email accounts. Team removes the limit entirely. Outlook brings its mail and calendar into the same frames as Gmail.

One account per frame

Each mail and calendar frame shows exactly one account; switch it from the frame’s avatar chip. Mail composed from a frame sends as that account; ghost events land in the calendar frame’s account. The agent and reports see across all your accounts.

Disconnecting

Disconnect an account and syncing stops at once: Hedwig revokes its access at Google or Microsoft and drops the credentials. Your mail is exactly where you left it in Gmail or Outlook. The frames and settings that belonged to the account are kept quietly, so adding the same address back restores them.

If an account’s sign-in expires you will see it sit disconnected; add it again to reconnect.

Profile

Your avatar is a generated mosaic (shuffle it, or upload a photo) and your name there is the name Hedwig signs your drafts with. Settings → Profile.
