Calendar frames
Your calendar on the board: drop emails onto days, stage whole series, import invites, keep the right meeting link.
A calendar frame is your Google or Outlook calendar living beside the mail that fills it.
Views
Week, month, or day; the frame parks on the period you leave it at. Today is marked; click an event to open the editor.
Drop an email onto a day
Drag an email onto the calendar and Hedwig reads it and proposes an event as a dashed ghost: title, time, attendees from the actual thread (never invented). It nudges fuzzy times off collisions to the nearest open slot. Apply to create it, Dismiss to drop it. Invitations and manual drops are honored as placed.
Whole series at once
Ask for a recurring event or paste a schedule (a class timetable, a shift roster, a practice plan — a screenshot works) and the agent stages the series. The ghost shows its repeats as echo chips across the weeks; one Apply creates them all.
Invite files
Drop an .ics file or paste a calendar link (webcal works too) and the events import cleanly, with no duplicates on re-import.
Meeting links
Events carry the right link: one you set on the event wins, then the invite’s own link, then anything found in the description.
Team calendars
On a team board a team calendar overlays every member’s real calendar (each fetched with that person’s own permissions) plus shared team meetings. See Teams.
