Getting started with Hedwig

Connect Gmail, meet your board, and learn the one idea everything else builds on.

Hedwig is your email and calendar on one infinite canvas. Instead of a fixed list of folders, you get a board: draw frames where you want them, and each frame is a live view of your mail, your calendar, a document, a table, or an agent.

Connect your Google account

Sign in and connect Gmail and Google Calendar. Hedwig sits on top of them: same mail, new surface. Nothing is migrated or moved, and you can disconnect whenever you like — everything stays exactly where you left it in Gmail.

The tutorial

Your first board is a guided flight. Harry walks you through reading, replying, and arranging frames with a practice inbox, so you can try everything without touching your real mail. After the send-off you land on your real board.

The one idea

Everything in Hedwig is a frame on the board. Your inbox is a frame. A document is a frame. A datasheet is a frame. Agents read the board the same way you see it, which is why you can point at things and say "file these", "draft a reply to her", or "put that on Friday".

Next: make your first frame.
