Plans, limits and your data
What each plan includes, what an agent turn is, and the promises about your data.
Hedwig is paid: Pro or Team. We make money when people buy them, and that is the entire business model. Each plan starts with a 3-day trial on monthly or annual billing: card on file, first charge on day 3, and cancelling before then costs nothing. One trial per plan per account. What an agent turn is
One message to Hedwig, typed or spoken, is one turn, whatever it does; an agent’s run counts the same way. Pro counts 200 a day, Team 400 a day per seat. The tutorial’s practice turns never count.
When a plan lapses
Nothing is ever deleted over billing. Your boards, frames and history stay intact and readable, and everything reopens the moment the plan is back. The agent, rules and agents need a plan; they pause until then.
Your data
Hedwig is engineered to meet SOC 2 standards: encrypted in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, continuous monitoring. Email bodies are encrypted at rest. Our AI providers are contractually barred from using your data for their own purposes, training included. The full picture — subprocessors, retention, deletion — is on the Trust page.
Leaving
Disconnect Google or Microsoft whenever you like: Hedwig sits on top of your mail, so it is exactly where you left it. Deleting your account (Settings → Danger zone) removes your Hedwig data and revokes every connection.
