When a plan lapses
Nothing is ever deleted over billing. Limits only gate creating new things — your boards, frames, and history stay intact and readable, and everything reopens the moment the plan is back.
Your data
Hedwig is engineered to meet SOC 2 standards: encrypted in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, continuous monitoring. Email bodies are encrypted at rest, and our AI providers are contractually barred from using your data for their own purposes, training included. Leaving
Disconnect Google whenever you like: Hedwig sits on top of Gmail, so your mail is exactly where you left it. Account deletion removes your Hedwig data.
