Drop an email onto the calendar
Drag an email onto a calendar frame and Hedwig reads it and proposes an event — a ghost you confirm. It avoids collisions with what is already scheduled, and when the email implies a meeting with someone, attendees come only from the actual thread.

Invite attachments import cleanly into Google Calendar with one click — no duplicate events on re-import.
Meeting links
Events carry the right meeting link: if an invite came with its own link, that one wins over a generated one.
