Every frame type
What each frame does: inbox, document, datasheet, todo, calendar, upload, import, and more.
Each frame type is a different live view. All of them can be read by the agent, and most can be filled by it.
Inbox frames
A filtered window into your mail: all mail, a tag, a sender, a search. Several inbox frames side by side become your triage system — one for today, one for newsletters, one for a single thread you are babysitting.
Document frames
Write directly on the board, or drop in a PDF and Hedwig reads it like everything else. Team documents keep version history with restore.
Datasheet frames
A real table: typed columns, tag options, filters, and paste-to-import from Sheets, Excel, Notion, or CSV. See Datasheets.
Todo frames
Board-scoped task lists. The agent can add tasks with links back to the email they came from, and it learns from what you complete and delete.
Calendar frames
Your Google Calendar on the board. Drag an email onto it and Hedwig proposes a slot; drop meeting invites and the event carries the right meeting link. See Calendar on the board.
Upload frames
Paste or drop a file onto the board and it becomes a frame instantly. Text is extracted so the agent can use it.
Import frames
Bring a Notion workspace onto the board: databases become datasheets, pages become documents. Yours to keep, with no connection back to Notion.
Stickies
Quick notes that live between frames. Cheap, colorful, disposable.
Agent frames and workflows
Frames that do work on a schedule or on demand — built by describing what you want. See Agent frames and workflows.
