Reading and triage
Open an email from any inbox frame. Drag an email out of a frame and it becomes a card you can park anywhere; drop a card onto a tag-filtered frame and it takes that tag and files itself. That drag-to-file gesture is the heart of triage in Hedwig.
Reply states
Hedwig tracks whether a thread has been replied to, is awaiting a response, or went quiet, and frames can filter on that — "everything awaiting my reply" is one frame away.
Search
Search understands your correspondence, not just keywords: first-time senders, threads you owe, what someone last sent you. Ask in the chat or use the search surface.
Gmail stays the source of truth
Everything you do in Hedwig is real Gmail underneath: archives, labels, sends. Open Gmail tomorrow and it all reads the same. Disconnect whenever you like.
