Notes, piles and uploads

Stickies

Short notes in yellow, pink, blue, green, orange or scarlet. S in the editor, double-click empty canvas, or “add a note: call the bank before 5”. Long notes split across a few stickies.

Email cards and piles

In the frame editor an email dragged out of a frame is a card you can park anywhere. Sweep cards into a pile; drag a frame’s count badge out to condense the whole set. Piles remember exactly which emails are in them. Right-click a pile to batch-reply.

Uploads

Paste or drop a file anywhere on the board and it becomes an upload frame at once — image, PDF, text, anything up to 20 MB. Its text is extracted so the agent can read it, and a rule can react to the drop.

Snapshots

Drag a link chip out of a team frame and it stands as a snapshot frame: a copy that is yours.
