The stage

Standing frames, the rail, the + bar, standups, and how the stage follows you across devices.

The stage shows the frames you have standing and packs them for you — no dragging boxes around. Stand what today needs; strike what it does not.

Standing and striking

  • Stand a frame with the +: type ahead over frame types, the AI Outbox, datasheets and team rows — and, in the desktop app, any web address.
  • Strike a frame with its ×. If a saved layout or a wire still needs it, the frame is kept off-stage and you get a note; otherwise it is gone. ⌘+Z brings a struck frame back.
  • Size: frames come in auto tiles; widen or narrow one from its header and the stage repacks.

The rail

The column on the left is a mini-map of the stage. Click a tile to raise its frame; drag tiles to reorder; wires between frames show there too. The rail also holds the rules icon and the door to the frame editor.

Standups: saved layouts

Arrange the stage the way a kind of day needs it, then bookmark it. Standups are separate layouts of the same board; restore one and the live stand goes to the shelf.

The bookmark saves the live arrangement — which frames stand, in what order, at what size — as a standup. The books icon opens the shelf. Restore one and your live stand is shelved as its own block on the rail: click to switch back, × to close it, bookmark to keep it. Shelved and saved frames are protected from strikes. The + under the blocks shelves what is standing and leaves an empty stage for the next standup; drag a tile from one block to another to move it between standups.

It follows you

The stage remembers itself per board and mirrors that to your account, so the same board stands the same on your laptop, the desktop app, and another machine. The last save wins.

What “this” means on the stage

Click a frame and it is selected — that is what the agent hears as this. A frame’s count badge selects it as a whole set (“archive all of these”). Esc clears the selection.

Voice on the stage

The waveform in the sidebar toggles the voice dock at the stage’s foot: hold Space to talk, release to send. See Voice.

The frame editor is one toggle away

The layout icon in the sidebar switches to the frame editor: the same frames on an infinite canvas, for drawing, wiring, and free arrangement. The choice is remembered per board.
